Position JOB TITLE: Temp, Coordinator, Sustainability and Wholesale Operations
REPORTS TO: Manager, New Life & Revalorization
Job responsibilities - Support the New Life & Revalorization Manager in day-to-day scope:
- Stock management
- Reconciliations
- Inventory levels
- Customer returns
- Assist in handling purchase orders and monitor pricing of products
- Prepare and compile daily & weekly reporting for multiple functions:
- Merchandising
- Purchasing
- Wholesale
- Content Creation
- Creation of PowerPoint decks to present as needed
- Supporting creative aspects of our Sustainability taskforce
- Newsletters
- Communication and partner closely with key internal and external partners.
- Assist with the setup and execution of all internal sales.
Profile - At least 6 months of prior experience
- Must be available M-F, 9-6pm, Friday work from home
- Must have an extremely strong sense of urgency and ability to work independently
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong time management skills and prioritization
- Ability to multitask, show flexibility across priorities, learn quickly and retain processes.
- Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner with internal and external groups.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook)
- Adobe Photoshop and InDesign experience is a plus
- Microsoft Dynamics AX experience a plus
