Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and headhunting.
• Post job openings on recruitment platforms and university career portals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Schedule interviews with the HR team.
• Communicate with candidates via email and LinkedIn, and follow up throughout the hiring process.
• Support day-to-day recruitment and HR operations.

Eligibility

• Students or graduates in Human Resources, Business Administration, Journalism, Arts , or related fields.
• Candidates with strong English communication skills.
• High School (12th/+2) graduates who are passionate about HR are also encouraged to apply.
• Self-motivated individuals who are eager to learn and committed to completing the internship.
