Inside Sales Representative – Foodservice/ProduceLocation: Atlanta, GA (In-Office)Industry: Food Manufacturing / Produce DistributionCompensation: $55,000- $75,000 depending on experience Royal Fresh Cuts is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to support our growing operations in the foodservice and produce industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building customer relationships, and has experience supporting sales, operations, and account management within the Food & Beverage industry.The Inside Sales Representative will serve as a key point of contact for customers by managing orders, pricing inquiries, account support, service issues, and business development activities while partnering closely with Operations, Production, Purchasing, and Logistics teams.Key ResponsibilitiesManage customer orders, inquiries, pricing, and service-related issuesCoordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillmentSupport customer accounts, credits, special orders, and account maintenanceBuild and maintain strong customer relationshipsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and lead follow-upMonitor customer trends, sales activity, and market opportunitiesUtilize CRM systems, Excel, and internal software to manage accounts and reportingCollaborate with outside sales and operations teams to improve customer service and fill ratesQualificationsExperience in the Food & Beverage, produce, food manufacturing, foodservice, or distribution industry requiredPrevious inside sales, account management, sales support, or customer service experience preferredStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentProficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and OutlookExperience with CRM, ERP, or order management systems preferredWhy Join Royal Fresh Cuts?Growing and fast-paced food manufacturing environmentOpportunity to contribute directly to business growth and customer successCollaborative team environment with cross-functional exposureCompetitive compensation Career growth potential within a rapidly expanding companyWe are looking for individuals with a proactive mindset, strong customer focus, and a passion for delivering exceptional service in the foodservice and produce industry.
