Job Opportunity – Urology Physician – Pennsylvania

Start Date: July 2026 (specific coverage blocks available)

Location: Pennsylvania

Schedule: 24-hour call coverage blocks in July. Coverage includes multiple consecutive 24-hour shifts (7:00 AM to 7:00 AM) and select 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM to 5:00 PM). Callback volume ranges from 2-6 hours per day. Office visits typically include 24-28 patients, with a mix of cystoscopy and stent procedures integrated throughout the day.

• Level 1 Trauma Center with 16 operating rooms across multiple surgical sites
• Comprehensive urology case mix including robotic surgery, ureteroscopy, lithotripsy, prostate procedures, and scope work
• Epic EMR system with full clinical support staff including 4 MAs, 1 CSA, and 1 RN
• Supervision of new Advanced Practice Providers as part of the role
• Adult patient population (18+) with rare pediatric emergency cases
• New graduates welcome to apply; full-time locums position with flexible scheduling blocks

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Active Pennsylvania medical license strongly preferred for expedited start (IMLC Letter of Qualification accepted)
• DEA with Pennsylvania address required
• Minimum 1 year of urology experience (new graduates considered)
• Core procedural competencies: vasectomy, cystoscopy, prostate procedures, ureteroscopy, lithotripsy, and orchiopexy
• Robotic surgery and scope experience preferred but not mandatory
• Compliance with all vaccination requirements including HepB and childhood vaccinations (declinations not accepted; proof of vaccination or positive titers required)
• Clean credentialing file; credentialing timeframe is 90 days with temporary privileges available for urgent needs and non-complex files
