Job Description

Bachelor's Degree Required to Apply

Katapult Network is designed to help college graduates with zero to two years of professional experience find their next professional career opportunity. We focus on helping recent college graduates, with no experience, get access to full-time, entry-level opportunities with some of the Nation's top employers. Our clients include ground-breaking start-up companies and well-established billion-dollar organizations who want to find their next generation of talent.

The Job

We are currently seeking an entry-level Sales & Account Coordinator to join a growing team and support both new business development and existing customer relationships. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates who enjoy working with people, building relationships, and working toward goals but don't necessarily have previous professional sales experience.

In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience across sales, account management, customer service, and business development. You'll connect with prospective customers, support existing accounts, identify new opportunities, and learn how strong customer relationships contribute to business growth. Training is provided, making this a great starting point for someone interested in building a long-term career in sales or account management.

What You Will Be Doing as a Sales & Account Coordinator:

  • Build relationships with prospective and existing customers through phone, email, and other outreach
  • Prospect for new business opportunities and connect with potential customers
  • Support existing customer accounts by answering questions, following up on requests, and maintaining strong relationships
  • Learn about customer needs and identify products or services that may be a good fit
  • Follow up on leads and sales opportunities to help move prospective customers through the sales process
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and strengthen customer partnerships
  • Maintain accurate customer information, sales activity, and account notes within internal systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs and expectations are met
  • Assist with quotes, proposals, presentations, and other sales materials as needed
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development

Our Ideal Sales & Account Coordinator Has:

  • Relationship Building: Enjoys connecting with people, earning trust, and developing long-term professional relationships
  • Communication: Clear, confident, and professional when speaking and writing with customers and teammates
  • Initiative: Comfortable starting conversations, following up consistently, and looking for new opportunities
  • Customer Focus: Enjoys understanding what customers need and helping create a positive experience
  • Goal Oriented: Motivated by progress, enjoys working toward goals, and takes pride in achieving results
  • Organization: Able to manage multiple accounts, conversations, and follow-up items while staying on top of the details
  • Coach-ability: Open to feedback and excited to learn sales, account management, and business development skills

Requirements to be a Sales & Account Coordinator:

  • Bachelor's degree
