• A qualified candidate should have a solid background in the field on construction projects and possess leadership skills. 
• We expect you to be well-organized and to prioritize safety above everything else.

• Work includes but is not limited to installation of cabinets, baseboards, crown molding, window/door casings, wainscoting, stair railings, and custom trim work.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Operate power and hand tools safely and accurately.
• Collaborate with other carpenters and site managers to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure precision and high-quality finishes in all work.
• Good physical condition and stamina.
• Light travel, generally home nightly.
