Job Title: Commercial Carpenter

Job Description
This role focuses on rough carpentry work for commercial construction projects, supporting a dedicated projects team throughout the busy season from spring through the holidays. You will work as part of a crew in a contract-to-hire arrangement, with long-term opportunities based on your performance and attendance. The position involves daily travel from the shop to various commercial job sites and hands-on work with a variety of carpentry tools and materials in outdoor conditions.

Work Environment
You will work primarily on commercial construction sites, meeting at the shop each morning and traveling with the crew to various project locations. The role involves working outdoors in the elements, including both hot and cold weather, and performing physically active tasks throughout the day. The environment is hands-on and tool-focused, with regular use of hand tools and power tools such as tape measures, nailers, and saws. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
